What you'll do

Build digital labor bots and automate business processes using Blue Prism and AI technologies.
Develop complex applications and integrate them with web service APIs and enterprise systems.
Perform technical and functional analysis to translate divisional initiatives into scalable automation solutions.
Present design proposals, architecture recommendations, and project outcomes to senior leadership.
Identify enterprise automation opportunities and champion innovative solutions to improve business value.
Manage the full project life cycle including development plans, risk assessment, and QA readiness.
Create comprehensive documentation for multiple applications and subsystems.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on development standards and best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer in the financial services domain.
Master's degree in a relevant field and experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer in the financial services domain.
Demonstrated expertise designing, architecting, and delivering Blue Prism automation solutions for complex business processes.
Expertise in integrating RPA solutions with SQL databases, REST APIs, C#, Jenkins, OCR solutions, and mainframe platforms.
Experience developing and maintaining infrastructure across production, UAT, and development environments.
Proficiency in supporting automation platforms including Microsoft Power Platform and Camunda BPMN.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
Experience with diverse technologies including AS400, Google Chrome, AWS S3, and Microsoft Dataverse.
