What you'll do
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including work breakdown structures, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations.
Continuously monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and report status updates regularly.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with standards such as Earned Value Management.
Lead stakeholder engagement by effectively communicating, negotiating, and managing expectations across all levels of the organization.
Foster collaboration among technical staff, peers, and customers to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
At least 1 year (Principal) or 4 years (Sr Principal) of experience leading projects and driving performance against schedule.
Active DoD Secret security clearance, ability to obtain Special Access Program approval.
Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management principles and skilled use of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; capable of working independently with minimal direction.
Experience planning, scheduling, managing projects with diverse stakeholders, developing content, and briefing communications.
