The role requires expertise in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Planisware, as well as experience with Agile methodologies. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously within a robust IT infrastructure supporting Northrop Grumman’s strategic initiatives.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of IT project management experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance.
Expertise in end-to-end project planning, schedule development, and cost control.
Proven leadership in managing multiple high-complexity concurrent projects.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
Strong analytical skills and excellent written/oral communication abilities.
