What you'll do

Architect and oversee integrations across DME, Pharmacy, CRM, ERP, fulfillment, billing, and analytics platforms.
Design API-first integration strategies using modern patterns, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
Develop end-to-end solution architectures for customer acquisition, patient onboarding, order fulfillment, and billing.
Establish reusable services, APIs, and data exchange standards with enterprise integration teams.
Define system resiliency, performance, monitoring, and disaster recovery requirements across the platform landscape.
Ensure all solutions comply with cybersecurity standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Outline roadmaps for future deployments while maintaining the stability of current systems.

What we're looking for

12+ years of IT experience in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
Proven experience architecting large-scale enterprise platforms and complex system integrations.
Experience working in the DME industry (or healthcare, pharmacy, medical device) is highly preferred.
Experience designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures using API-led connectivity and event-driven integration patterns.
Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, security, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, enterprise integration technologies, and customer-facing digital solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
