  • Drive alignment across engineering teams to ensure consistent approaches to regulated cloud readiness.
  • Deliver complex, cross-organizational programs supporting EU Sovereign Cloud and government scenarios.
  • Develop scalable architectures and deployment patterns for regulated environments.
  • Identify and resolve cross-service dependencies and system-level challenges in regulated markets.
  • Advocate for inclusive solutions that support a diverse global customer base.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • 8+ years leading large-scale, cross-organizational technical programs from strategy through execution in cloud environments.
  • Experience designing and operating cloud platforms with managed cross-service dependencies and data flows.
  • Expertise working in regulated or compliance-driven environments like FedRAMP, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
