What you'll do

• Lead complex investigations into marketplace deviations by analyzing business performance and system health metrics.
• Perform advanced data analysis across large-scale data sources to generate actionable insights for resolving anomalies.
• Serve as the technical lead during high-severity issues, driving clarity and accountability in live-site events.
• Coordinate mitigation efforts with global engineering, product, finance, and business teams for marketplace issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of monitoring frameworks by identifying gaps in tooling and data coverage.
• Lead root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews to ensure durable fixes and long-term prevention strategies.
• Influence best practices for incident response and operational rigor across multiple teams.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and complex platforms with a service and business operations mindset
• Advanced data analysis skills across large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, SAS, or similar technologies
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving complex systems and multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in Ad Tech or other large-scale online marketplace platforms
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations to senior/executive stakeholders
• Expertise in querying large datasets and using analytics tools for actionable insights
