Preferred qualifications include cloud expertise, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain long-range demand planning models at various levels.
  • Build demand plans based on strategic goals, trends, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Identify risks in demand forecasts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate balance between long-term planning and short-term execution.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand lifecycle impacts on forecasting.
  • Provide direct analysis of demand data for corporate S&OP process creation.
  • Lead strategic AI/ML datacenter capacity planning for large-scale infrastructure deals.

What we're looking for

  • Requires 7+ years in large-scale AI/ML datacenter capacity planning and project management.
  • Extensive experience in developing demand plans and forecasts for new and existing products.
  • Advanced skills in Excel modeling and building complex forecasting models with multiple inputs.
  • Deep understanding of GPU infrastructure, networking, and supply chain logistics.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into forecasting models both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure hardware, including memory, CPU, JBoDs, servers, etc.
