What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end deployment pipeline by tracking active rollouts and aligning them with sales plans.
  • Develop customer readiness documentation, technical assessments, and financial cost cases for deployment proposals.
  • Translate approved technical designs into physical reality by coordinating site access, hardware installation, and maintenance windows.
  • Execute procurement workflows including creating purchase orders, managing hardware budgets, and overseeing freight and customs clearance.
  • Manage vendor relationships by onboarding new partners and ensuring software meets export control and trade compliance.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for customer leadership to manage communications and service level agreements.
  • Oversee the formal transition of projects from active deployment to long-term support teams.
  • Improve deployment cycle times by refining playbooks, removing cross-functional blockers, and mentoring team members.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, an Associate's degree with 13 years, or a High School Diploma with 15 years.
  • Requires at least 7 years of professional experience in customer deployment leadership, technical program management, or product management.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) to access export-controlled information and CUI.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information without an export license.
  • Experience in end-to-end customer deployment including pipeline management, readiness assessment, procurement, and operational handover.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban, for collaborating with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Knowledge of AI opportunities and experience navigating data sovereignty and export control requirements across international borders.
  • Authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
