What you'll do

Provide primary technical support for L10/L11 rack-level integration for Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).
Optimize rack-level integration processes to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing enablement.
Debug and resolve rack-level integration issues to support ODM manufacturing test flows.
Address factory issues promptly to improve production line efficiency and operational performance.
Provide L11 customer quality support regarding product integration and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with engineering design teams to integrate changes and corrective actions for quality production.
Supply direct feedback and recommendations to the manufacturing process for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Advanced degree (preferred).
15+ years of experience in systems engineering, preferably within the data center or semiconductor industry.
Strong understanding of rack-level systems integration processes and technologies, with a focus on L10/L11 integration.
Proven track record to debug sophisticated technical issues and implement effective solutions in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in networking topologies, setup, and testing high speed networks commonly used in data center environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and external partners.
Experience in customer support or quality assurance (preferred).
