Principal System Engineer, Operations

What you'll do

• Provide primary technical support for L10/L11 rack-level integration for Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).
• Collaborate with ODM partners to streamline and optimize rack-level integration processes for manufacturing enablement.
• Debug and resolve complex rack-level integration issues to support manufacturing test flows.
• Address factory issues promptly to improve production line efficiency and operational performance.
• Provide L11 customer quality support to address product integration concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with engineering design teams to implement corrective actions for high-quality product production.
• Provide direct feedback and recommendations to the manufacturing process for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in systems engineering is required, preferably within the data center or semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of rack-level systems integration processes and technologies with a focus on L10/L11 integration.
• Proven ability to debug sophisticated technical issues and implement solutions in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in networking topologies, setup, and testing high-speed networks used in data center environments.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multi-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to travel onsite to various ODM locations in North America and Asia.
