What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C#, C++, Java, Go, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 12+ years of technical engineering experience (preferred).
10+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud services (preferred).
3+ years of engineering management experience leading and developing software engineering teams (preferred).
Experience building and operating cloud-native services, distributed systems, infrastructure platforms, or datacenter-scale services (preferred).
Demonstrated success in cross-organizational collaboration, influencing partner teams, and aligning diverse stakeholders (preferred).
