What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 12+ years of technical engineering experience (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 15+ years of technical engineering experience (preferred).
6+ years of people management experience (preferred).
3+ years of people management experience in a product development environment (preferred).
Knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle, customer success, zero-trust security, and compliance (preferred).
Experience with cloud infrastructure, AI-first products, and engineering practice improvement (preferred).
