What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
8+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check and other required security screenings.
6+ years of experience as a people manager.
5+ years of technical leadership in building developer experiences and scalable systems, preferably in Generative AI or Machine Learning.
10+ years of experience shipping software products and product development expertise.
5+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, Python, .NET, C#, or similar platforms.
Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts across distributed teams and delivering customer-facing products in production environments.
