What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 12+ years of technical engineering experience (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 15+ years of technical engineering experience (preferred).
6+ years of experience as a people manager (preferred).
5+ years of technical leadership in building developer experiences and scalable systems, preferably in Generative AI or Machine Learning (preferred).
10+ years of experience shipping software products and product development expertise (preferred).
5+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, Python, .NET, C#, or similar platforms (preferred).
