What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C#, Java, C++, JavaScript, or Python.
2+ years of people management experience, including developing and growing software engineers.
5+ years of software engineering experience with substantial experience developing and testing commercial software in C#.
Experience designing, building, testing, and operating complex commercial software systems.
Experience working with C#, .NET, compilers, developer tools, IDEs, or related technologies.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools and familiarity with large language models.
