What we're looking for

2+ years of people management experience, including developing and growing software engineers (preferred).
Significant experience designing, building, testing, and operating complex commercial software systems (preferred).
5+ years of software engineering experience, including substantial experience developing and testing commercial software in C# (preferred).
Experience working with C#, .NET, compilers, developer tools, IDEs, or related software development technologies (preferred).
Experience leading engineering teams responsible for technically complex, widely used software (preferred).
Experience using AI-assisted development tools and familiarity with large language models (preferred).
