As a Principal Software Engineer - Windows Domain FDE on the Windows Commercial Acceleration Engine team, you will serve as a forward-deployed engineer working directly with strategic enterprise customers. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of experience coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Equivalent experience to the degree and coding requirements is acceptable.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers to diagnose problems and implement solutions (preferred).
Technical experience with Windows device management including Intune, Autopilot, provisioning, configuration, and endpoint security (preferred).
Experience troubleshooting complex issues using data, logs, telemetry, and diagnostic tools (preferred).
Experience building or modifying scripts, automation, diagnostic tools, prototypes, or production-quality technical solutions (preferred).
Experience in forward-deployed engineering, customer-facing software engineering, field engineering, or solution architecture roles (preferred).
Ability to communicate complex technical findings and risks clearly to both technical and executive audiences (preferred).
