What we're looking for
Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent work experience.
Authority in Java/Spring Boot microservices, RESTful API design, Angular, Node.js, AWS, and Docker.
Expertise in AI tools such as Amazon Kiro, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to mentor engineers and drive team growth.
Proficiency with deployment configuration management, content delivery, observability platforms, and authentication/authorization frameworks (preferred).
Deep commerce and e-commerce domain knowledge with experience supporting large-scale guest-facing applications (preferred).
Proven ability to drive architecture decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and lead complex technical initiatives across organizations (preferred).
