What you'll do

Build and maintain applications supporting the ZPO Process Registry and related tooling.
Design and implement workflow systems featuring dynamic scoring, validation, and real-time updates.
Develop responsive dashboards and reporting capabilities for various user personas and leadership levels.
Write and optimize SQL/PL/SQL including stored procedures, complex queries, and data model designs.
Implement role-based access control and integrate with enterprise identity systems like SSO and MFA.
Build automated report generation features with export capabilities for PDF, PowerPoint, and text formats.
Integrate AI/ML model outputs into dashboards to provide predictions and automated insights.
Manage operational health through monitoring, debugging, and continuous system improvement.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript for client-side validation and real-time UI updates.
Expertise in PL/SQL, including stored procedures, complex queries, and data model design.
Experience building high-availability applications supporting over 500 concurrent users.
Skills in responsive design, mobile-first development, and UI/UX design.
Proven ability to mentor and lead other developers in engineering best practices.
Knowledge of Oracle IDCS for SSO/MFA integration (preferred); experience with AI/ML model APIs or process management (preferred).
