What you'll do

Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks.
Architect and implement cloud-native, distributed systems ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
Integrate AI agents and intelligent applications using modern programming languages and model-driven design principles.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to influence architectural standards and promote maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, measure success, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform code reviews in Golang, Java, and Scala to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of software engineering experience, or 7 years of experience in software engineering.
Must have a Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of software engineering experience (preferred).
Must have extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives, shared infrastructure, and scalable ML frameworks.
Must have proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design for high availability and fault tolerance.
Must have experience designing and developing high-performance microservices using Java, Golang, and Scala.
Must have experience implementing low-latency Rest APIs in Golang and building event-driven systems using Kafka.
Must have experience deploying containerized services on Kubernetes and integrating Elastic Search, Logstash, and Kibana.
Must have knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
