What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
5+ years of experience building, testing, launching, and operating backend services or data-intensive systems in production (preferred).
Experience owning the design and architecture of a significant system, including writing design documents and leading technical reviews (preferred).
Experience in distributed systems, CI/CD platforms, workflow orchestration, large-scale data pipelines, Kubernetes, or code intelligence (preferred).
5+ years of experience delivering production software in AI-enabled automation, agentic workflows, RAG, or the Model Context Protocol (preferred).
Experience operating vector, graph, or relational databases at scale such as Qdrant, FAISS, Neo4j, or PostgreSQL (preferred).
Experience with gRPC, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, and infrastructure as code (preferred).
