Show proficiency in backend technologies (Java) and familiarity with modern web frameworks like React/Redux.
Possess strong experience building and scaling cloud-native platforms with high availability and performance.
Demonstrate the ability to lead platform engineering initiatives and drive architecture across multiple teams.
Show a track record of mentoring senior engineers and raising the technical bar across the organization.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience (preferred).
