What you'll do

Design and deliver enterprise-scale business automation and AI solutions using LLMs, agentic patterns, and RAG systems.
Architect intelligent workflows combining software engineering, cloud-native architecture, RPA, and API integrations.
Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize use cases based on ROI and feasibility.
Establish scalable engineering standards for automation platforms including CI/CD, security controls, and observability.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of solutions from initial proof of concept to production deployment.
Implement responsible AI practices by incorporating governance, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across multiple teams to improve software design and delivery.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and designing large-scale enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with automation engineering, workflow orchestration, API development, and cloud-native solution development.
Proficiency in Python and Java with strong fundamentals in software design and integration for enterprise services.
Experience building AI-enabled solutions including LLM workflows, prompt orchestration, and intelligent document automation.
Experience with AWS or Azure and architectural patterns like microservices, serverless, and event-driven systems.
Proven ability to establish engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, observability, and security in regulated environments.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex business problems into scalable solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with enterprise automation platforms such as Robocorp or UiPath (preferred).
Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, RAG patterns, vector stores, and guardrail strategies (preferred).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering practices (preferred).
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude (preferred).
Familiarity with business process optimization and value measurement (preferred).
Prior experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
