As a Principal Software Engineer - AI Powered Observability within the Engineering Operations team, you will drive operational excellence by designing solutions that prevent issues and integrate AI-powered automation into cloud systems. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of experience coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other required security screenings.
Master's Degree in Computer Science and 8+ years of engineering experience (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 12+ years of engineering experience (preferred).
Awareness of modern distributed software design patterns and cloud systems architecture, including microservices, containers, load-balancing, queuing, and caching (preferred).
Experience with C#, Java, C, C++, or Golang (preferred).
Experience building, shipping, and operating reliable solutions (preferred).
Experience with AI, ML, risk assessment systems, or intelligent automation solutions (preferred).
