What we're looking for

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 12+ years of technical engineering experience in coding languages (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 15+ years of technical engineering experience in coding languages (preferred).
Extensive hands-on experience using modern AI coding agents with a track record of acting as a team expert for agentic development workflows (preferred).
Experience driving adoption of agentic coding tools to improve engineering velocity and code quality (preferred).
Experience defining best practices for prompt design, tool usage, and human-in-the-loop systems (preferred).
Must be local to the greater Seattle area and able to work from the office 4 days a week.
