Principal Software Engineer, Agentic AI Applications and Foundations

What you'll do

• Improve reliability, performance, and observability across desktop, web, and service-based AI products.
• Design and build resilient frontends, backend APIs, distributed services, and scalable deployment systems.
• Establish patterns for testing, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and operational excellence for AI applications.
• Build reusable capabilities for orchestration services, deep-agent workflows, memory, and evaluation frameworks.
• Validate and operationalize technologies like Nemotron and NVIDIA AI Blueprints in enterprise production settings.
• Define the core architecture for secure agent discovery, collaboration, and enterprise governance.
• Codify architecture, shared components, and operational playbooks while mentoring engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• BS, MS, or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience building and operating production software systems.
• Significant experience leading architecture and delivery across the full stack.
• Experience building modern applications using technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Python, Go, or Java.
• Proven track record of taking complex products from prototype to reliable, secure, and well-operated production systems.
• Deep expertise in testing strategy, release engineering, observability, performance tuning, and incident response.
• Working knowledge of modern AI application patterns such as LLM-powered applications, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with GPU-accelerated systems or NVIDIA AI technologies such as NeMo, NIM, or TensorRT-LLM (preferred).
