What you'll do

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI readiness across security, identity, data, and infrastructure domains.
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into prioritized product requirements and differentiated features.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from initial concept through delivery, evaluation, and iterative improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to create cohesive end-to-end experiences rather than fragmented solutions.
  • Define telemetry, KPIs, and measurement plans to track customer adoption and product performance.
  • Synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and support teams into actionable roadmap recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to define positioning, onboarding experiences, and go-to-market motions.
  • Communicate complex product roadmaps and trade-offs through executive-ready narratives to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product, service, or program management or software development.
  • Ability to pass Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background checks.
  • Experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market including design and finding product-market fit.
  • 4+ years of experience improving product metrics such as growing customer base and expanding usage.
  • 4+ years of experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience.
  • Proven experience defining product vision and strategy in complex, cross-functional, and ambiguous environments.
  • Experience delivering enterprise, cloud, security, AI, or large-scale distributed-system products with an understanding of platform architecture.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI in core product management workflows to synthesize data and improve decision quality.
