Your daily work involves documenting assessment findings, maintaining Security Plans, and overseeing exportability modifications for global markets. The role requires expertise in reverse engineering, anti-tamper measures, Risk Management Frameworks, and cyber resiliency. You will work on complex systems including EO/IR, embedded software, cryptography, satellites, radar, and undersea sensors. Technical skills include architecture design, trade studies, and cybersecurity requirements formulation to protect critical infrastructure and multi-domain technologies in evolving global security environments.

What you'll do

  • Lead the development of sensor payloads and comprehensive mission security solutions for hardware and software systems.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with government policies such as JSIG and DAAPM through process tailoring and procedure approval.
  • Conduct technical analyses to validate security requirements and develop additional safeguards to enhance system security.
  • Manage formal Security Test and Evaluation processes, including pre-test preparation, active testing participation, and report generation.
  • Maintain system Security Plans and update Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) based on assessment findings.
  • Oversee and communicate modifications for system exportability to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Utilize reverse engineering techniques to architect and validate effective cybersecurity solutions.
  • Participate in strategic planning for cybersecurity technology development to align with global priorities and influence policy.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP) prior to start.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience, Master’s with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year in STEM fields for Principal level.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years in STEM fields for Senior Principal level.
  • At least 2 years of experience in system engineering with DoD based Platforms, Sensors, and/or Sub-systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in requirements development, system integration, testing, and validation.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Anti-tamper, Reverse Engineering, Risk Management Framework, or Cyber Resiliency.
