What you'll do

Design and engineer enterprise solutions for access control, video surveillance, biometrics, and key management.
Administer and integrate specific platforms including Lenel Access Control, Alcatraz AI, Digitus, Traka, and Milestone.
Develop technical standards, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans for system upgrades and modernization.
Integrate physical security hardware with identity systems, databases, networks, APIs, and monitoring tools.
Use SQL queries to analyze data, validate system behavior, and troubleshoot integration issues.
Manage network infrastructure including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, and segmentations for security devices.
Conduct technical assessments and proof-of-concept testing to evaluate new technologies.
Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and provide high-level technical oversight to vendors and integrators.

What we're looking for

Five or more years of experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise physical security systems or comparable integrated technologies.
Hands-on experience with access control, video management, biometric security, cabinet security, or electronic key management.
Experience with Lenel Access Control and at least one of: Alcatraz AI, Digitus, Traka, or Milestone.
Ability to use SQL queries for data analysis, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of enterprise IP networking including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls, and network segmentation.
Working knowledge of Windows servers, databases, virtualization, APIs, authentication, certificates, and enterprise integrations.
Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Codex while ensuring security and accuracy.
LenelS2 OnGuard certification, Milestone certifications, ASIS Physical Security Professional credential, or Cisco CCNA (preferred).
