TL;DR · Principal Program Manager, OCI Site Design

The Principal Program Manager (OCI Site Design) joins the Site Design & Planning team to develop integrated site designs for new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center builds and expansions. This role translates business demand and customer requirements into executable data-hall plans, balancing compute, power, network, and physical-layout inputs. You will own the site-design process from initial intake to handoff, creating a single source of truth for greenfield sites and expansions. Key responsibilities include developing rack and infrastructure allocation plans, resolving cross-functional dependencies, and supporting complex deployments like AI networking and high-density GPU infrastructure. You must utilize skills in capacity planning, cloud networking, and data center design to manage tradeoffs. The role requires expertise in infrastructure dependencies, deployment sequencing, and producing comprehensive technical documentation for large-scale hyperscale environments.
