What you'll do

Lead creation and communication of program charters for T-Mobile's commercial AI initiatives.
Develop 30/60/90-day roadmaps and manage scope changes across product, platform, and infrastructure tracks.
Maintain centralized PMO tracker and produce weekly flash reports and monthly SteerCo pre-read materials.
Identify risks across parallel workstreams and provide mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI CMZ, Network, Legal, Finance, and external partners.
Track commercial KPIs such as pilot progression and pipeline development toward revenue targets.

What we're looking for

7+ years of program or project management experience in technology or commercial go-to-market environments.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept through revenue generation.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience with risk identification and escalation management across parallel workstreams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project/PMO tooling and budget management for program delivery.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Preferred certifications: PgMP, PMP, CSPO, PMI-ACP.
