What you'll do

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the customer onboarding platform.
  • Automate onboarding workflows to reduce time-to-activate for new customers across global markets.

  • Translate complex regulatory requirements and business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.

  • Develop and maintain documentation regarding the design, functionality, and dependencies of onboarding systems.
  • Monitor and report on platform performance metrics and risk indicators to executives and the Board.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale compliance, onboarding, or risk platforms in fintech, payments, or crypto.
  • Proven track record implementing KYB, KYC, and AML technologies to meet global regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in designing compliance workflows and building scalable systems that balance risk mitigation with customer experience.
  • Ability to translate regulatory and business needs into clear product requirements and platform strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership influencing executives and cross-functional teams to align on product direction.
  • Experience applying AI/ML to improve onboarding decision-making, risk detection, and process efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and generating product mocks to accelerate design and development.
  • Background in RegTech, banking, or scaled fintech with exposure to complex regulatory environments (preferred); executive presence for external representation (preferred).
