As the Principal Product Manager, Onboarding, you will own the strategy and execution of the customer onboarding platform to ensure it scales across new products, markets, and global regulatory requirements. You will lead cross-functional efforts with compliance, risk, legal, and engineering teams to design systems that balance rigorous regulatory standards with seamless user experiences. Your daily work involves automating workflows, reducing time-to-activate for customers, identifying process bottlenecks, and translating complex regulatory needs into clear product requirements and user stories. What we're looking for

Proven track record implementing KYB, KYC, and AML technologies to meet global regulatory requirements.
Expertise in designing compliance workflows and building scalable systems that balance risk mitigation with customer experience.
Ability to translate regulatory and business needs into clear product requirements and platform strategies.
Demonstrated leadership influencing executives and cross-functional teams to align on product direction.
Experience applying AI/ML to improve onboarding decision-making, risk detection, and process efficiency.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and generating product mocks to accelerate design and development.
Background in RegTech, banking, or scaled fintech with exposure to complex regulatory environments (preferred); executive presence for external representation (preferred).
