TL;DR · Principal Product Manager, AI for Engineering

As a Principal Product Manager - AI for Engineering, you will lead the evolution of an internal engineering platform into a builder and efficiency hub. You will hold primary responsibility for the agentic developer platform, managing both the agentic platform layer—including MCP servers, session management, evals, and observability—and the development of specific tools to automate the lifecycle of software creation. Your role involves identifying use cases, defining roadmaps, and aligning stakeholders on measurable outcomes for a system supporting thousands of agents and hundreds of contributors. You will leverage deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including LLM-based agents and systems thinking, to build a scalable foundation where agent-generated code is standard.
