What you'll do

  • Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for moving new AI capabilities into platform availability.
  • Manage the end-to-end capability onboarding portfolio from initial intake through packaging, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Convert manual workflows and bespoke integrations into reusable platform primitives, standardized contracts, and automated self-service paths.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, investment priorities, and portfolio trade-offs.
  • Establish onboarding standards, decision rights, and ownership boundaries across engineering, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on technical feasibility, architecture implications, and platform reliability investments.
  • Develop outcome-based scorecards to track onboarding throughput, launch success, and the reduction of manual work.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent).
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks and meet government security screening requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of experience in product/service or software development (preferred).
  • Experience owning product strategy for technically complex platforms, including roadmaps and measurable business outcomes (preferred).
  • Experience transforming fragmented workflows into reusable platform capabilities, scalable services, and automated systems (preferred).
  • Technical depth in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, distributed systems, or developer platforms (preferred).
  • Proven record of leading consequential product decisions and communicating with senior stakeholders across multiple organizations (preferred).
  • Strong analytical judgment including experience defining outcome-based metrics and using telemetry to improve products (preferred).
