What you'll do

  • Define the product vision, architecture, and roadmap for agentic workflows supporting autonomous vehicle development.
  • Design and implement end-to-end agentic workflows including specific agents, skills, tools, and orchestration logic.
  • Package and productize AI agents and workflows to ensure they are discoverable and integrable by internal and external developers.
  • Synthesize requirements from engineering teams, customers, and regulations to prioritize high-impact workflow capabilities.
  • Drive execution across hardware and software teams through architecture reviews, metric tracking, and sprint planning.
  • Define use cases, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for all agentic workflows to ensure safety and quality.
  • Negotiate feature roadmaps and prioritize requirements with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Develop standards, tools, and documentation to enable developer self-service adoption of agentic workflows.

What we're looking for

  • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of product management experience across both software and hardware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ML/AI principles, including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and shipping AI-powered developer tools, platforms, or workflow automation products.
  • Experience with autonomous vehicle development pipelines or ADAS is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with on-device or edge computing for deploying AI models in automotive systems.
  • Proven track record of leading the launch of technically complex products to customers.
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills to drive alignment across large organizations and with customers.
