What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in process development and operational excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to build standard work and implement stage-gate governance
  • Strong analytical skills for metrics definition and data interpretation
  • Experience leading Lean/Six Sigma initiatives or similar continuous improvement projects
  • Familiarity with project controls concepts including schedule performance and risk management
