This role requires approximately 25% travel to foster meaningful in-person connections.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to uncover their needs and challenges.
  • Execute pre-sales activities including demonstrations, RFPs, and enablement sessions.
  • Build and present complex product demos showcasing Twilio’s capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, introducing innovative solutions and architectures.
  • Contribute to the Solutions Engineering community through knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 8 years in solutions engineering or technical product support with customer-facing experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage various audience levels.
  • Ability to build deep understanding of customers' communications needs and guide them to technical solutions.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills for complex projects.
  • Previous software development experience in backend languages or web development frameworks.
