What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Global Systems Integrator partners.
  • Identify and develop sales pipelines through strategic GSI partner networks.
  • Cultivate executive-level champions to influence adoption and scale partnerships.
  • Develop joint offerings and GTM strategies with partners for new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of quota-carrying experience in new business development.
  • At least 5 years of pipeline generation and sales through Global System Integrators (GSIs).
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and scale strategic partnerships with GSIs.
  • Deep understanding of MongoDB products for mentorship and guidance.
  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness required.
  • Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open source technology beneficial.
