What you'll do

  • Identify and recruit high-potential ISV partners with strong product-market fit.
  • Source and structure partnership agreements, defining joint value propositions for success.
  • Develop and execute GTM plans to activate sales field around ISV partner solutions.
  • Manage ongoing partner success by tracking adoption, pipeline contribution, and co-sell performance.
  • Contribute to the design of MongoDB's ISV partner program, including tiering frameworks and onboarding processes.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ISV program management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex partnership initiatives from sourcing through GTM execution.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software sales and the capability to translate technical integrations into field co-sell motions.
  • Ability to structure partnership deals and evaluate partner ROI effectively.
  • Technical fluency in data platforms and integration strategies for ISVs.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Experience building and scaling ISV programs from the ground up.
