What you'll do

Lead execution of NIST 800-53 Rev 5 compliance in U.S. government environments.
Oversee continuous monitoring, patch mitigation, and vulnerability adjudication processes.
Expand regulatory compliance operations across Oracle’s global business units.
Generate action plans, milestones, and tracking mechanisms for large-scale projects.
Brief and communicate effectively with Oracle stakeholders and U.S. government clients.
Coordinate with InfoSec system managers to deliver timely reports meeting SLAs.

What we're looking for

Active TS clearance and experience in U.S. government networks
5–8 years of leadership, team-building, and strategic planning experience
Expertise in NIST 800-53 Rev 5 compliance
Understanding of GRC tools such as Xacta and eMASS
Strong communication skills for executive and client engagement
