What you'll do

  • Plan and deploy site and enterprise-level network solutions according to industry standards.
  • Design and produce comprehensive review packages for network projects, including schedules and materials.
  • Install and commission Cisco core network equipment across various sites.
  • Coordinate fiber-optic and copper cabling projects with external suppliers and internal teams.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support for WAN, LAN, and SD-WAN environments to ensure high availability.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with vendors for escalations and new service onboarding.
  • Implement security policies for network segmentation and access control in compliance with government guidelines.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of relevant network engineering experience with a degree equivalent
  • Active Secret level or higher government security clearance within the last 6 years
  • Expertise in designing and deploying Cisco core network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP protocol, LAN/WAN protocols, and technologies like multicast, QoS, CoS & OSPF
  • Experience with managed network solutions and large-scale technical projects
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Router and Switch products and wireless technology
