Principal Learning and Development Partner

What you'll do

• Design enterprise learning journeys to build AI fluency and agentic tool adoption across all functions.
• Create diagnostic-based learning paths that move employees progressively along an AI fluency spectrum.
• Build enablement experiences for the company-standard AI coworker to ensure productive daily use.
• Translate AI-first craft skills and proficiency standards into content for hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Connect learning engagement to enterprise measurement frameworks for adoption, productivity, and quality.
• Analyze agentic tool usage data to identify and redesign underperforming learning content.
• Execute a test-and-learn model to pilot, evaluate, and scale new learning formats and tools.

What we're looking for

• 6-8+ years of experience designing learning experiences at enterprise scale with Principal-level scope and ownership of complex, cross-functional programs.
• Deep, hands-on fluency with AI and GenAI tools, including experience designing enablement for agentic and coworker-style AI products.
• Proficiency in instructional design to translate fluency frameworks or skills taxonomies into learning that changes behavior.
• Data fluency to design for measurement and interpret adoption and productivity data to redirect roadmaps.
• Proven ability to influence and deliver results through others, including technical teams and distributed networks, without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Background in instructional design, learning experience design, or organizational development (preferred).
• Experience designing enablement for enterprise AI platforms or a company-standard AI coworker (preferred).
