What you'll do

What we're looking for
Extensive experience in hardware testing and validation of networking platforms, especially switches and high-speed systems
Hands-on expertise in optical component testing and debugging, including transceivers and fiber optics
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve BER issues, link stability problems, and signal integrity challenges
Experience with lab equipment such as BERT analyzers, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers
Solid understanding of high-speed digital design, SerDes technologies, and Ethernet-based networking
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with a focus on hardware validation
Significant industry experience in hardware test engineering, validation, or debug of high-speed systems
