Hardware Delivery Network Engineering Senior Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and develop a team overseeing enterprise hardware delivery operations from intake through fulfillment.
• Design and implement efficient hardware request and delivery processes, addressing escalated issues for timely fulfillment.
• Identify and recommend process improvements with automation and tool enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Review all technology purchase requests for Secure Network Services, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Ensure strong risk management and security in hardware provisioning and asset management processes, safeguarding sensitive information.
• Manage the allocation of personnel and financial resources for the HDR team to optimize resource use.
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures for hardware delivery functions adhering to Wells Fargo’s enterprise governance standards.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of experience in technology operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams in a technology or operations environment.
• Proven success leading hardware delivery or IT infrastructure provisioning teams with risk control focus.
• Experience driving process optimization and automation in service delivery workflows using tools and data.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and procurement processes for cost efficiency.
• Excellent leadership skills to develop high-performing teams and manage through change.
