Principal Electrical Engineer, CRM

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership on complex design programs and act as a liaison to program management.
• Design, develop, analyze, and debug new product designs including analog and digital circuitry.
• Integrate electronics, firmware, and mechanical designs into final medical products.
• Develop production test requirements and support the development of manufacturing test applications.
• Create test procedures to evaluate, characterize, and verify new electrical and product designs.
• Develop test environments including automation, emulation, and method validation.
• Interpret and decompose system requirements to verify regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior-level engineers on technical projects and development.

What we're looking for

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree with 7 years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with 5 years, or a PhD with 3 years.
• Requires a Baccalaureate degree from outside the U.S. to satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Must be able to work onsite in Mounds View, MN for a minimum of 5 days a week.
• Must possess the ability to design, develop, analyze, and debug analog and digital circuitry.
• Must be able to integrate electronics, firmware, and mechanical designs into final products.
• Must be able to develop test procedures, environments, and requirements for product verification and manufacturing.
• Demonstrated technical leadership ability (preferred).
• Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
