Principal Delivery Manager, Low Voltage

What you'll do

• Lead complex low-voltage infrastructure programs across multiple data center campuses and regions.
• Develop integrated program plans for fiber deployment, structured cabling, and rack integration.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, construction, supply chain, and vendor organizations.
• Own program-level metrics including schedule performance, infrastructure readiness, and deployment forecasting.
• Provide subject matter leadership on mission-critical deployment sequencing and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Present program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
• Resolve critical deployment issues impacting capacity delivery through cross-functional leadership.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience in technical program management, data center infrastructure, telecommunications, or mission-critical construction.
• Must have 8+ years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder organizations.
• Must have experience delivering infrastructure programs exceeding $100M+ in capital scope or supporting campus-scale deployments.
• Must demonstrate success driving execution without direct management authority.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be based in Saline, Michigan, or willing to relocate to the area.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• MBA or advanced technical degree (preferred).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• BICSI RCDD, DCDC, or equivalent industry certifications (preferred).
