Principal DDI and Automation Network Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage and design DDI infrastructure across on-premises and cloud service provider environments.
• Configure and support DNS infrastructure using Infoblox and ISC Bind.
• Build and deploy automation solutions using Python and Ansible Tower to reduce manual effort.
• Resolve complex DDI environment issues as part of a 3rd level engineering on-call rotation.
• Document complex technologies and topologies based on enterprise security policies.
• Manage the technology lifecycle and vendor relationships for DDI services.
• Troubleshoot network issues to ensure 24x7 availability of network services.
• Mentor the engineering team on automation best practices and development.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 4-6 years of network and DDI experience.
• Senior level automation experience using Python and Ansible Tower.
• Experience configuring and supporting DNS infrastructure in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Experience with Infoblox, DNS, Linux, and scripting.
• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, application knowledge, and Enterprise Security Policy.
• Ability to develop, deploy, and troubleshoot DDI automation solutions.
• Experience in change management best practices and ITSM methodologies.
• Network Certifications (preferred); SNOW development experience (preferred).
