What you'll do

Lead the data science lifecycle for high-priority AI/ML projects as a subject matter expert.
Develop and deploy enterprise recommendation engines and predictive modeling solutions for marketing and medical affairs.
Translate ambiguous business challenges into rigorous analytical roadmaps and strategic technical insights.
Apply deep learning, causal inference, and advanced statistics to extract value from complex data sources.
Build production-grade, scalable applications in collaboration with ML engineers and product owners.
Translate complex algorithmic architectures into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders to drive action.
Advise leadership on long-term commercial and clinical business strategies based on technical research.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree required.
7+ years of hands-on experience in AI with a track record of technical leadership and independent project execution.
3+ years of experience applying Recommender Systems and predictive/forecasting models to enterprise-scale data.
Deep proficiency in Deep Learning, Causal Inference, and advanced statistical modeling.
Experience working with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud-computing ecosystems (AWS).
Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries like LangChain, CrewAI, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Preferred Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience in highly regulated environments such as healthcare, pharma, or biotech is preferred.
