What you'll do

Design and execute predictive modeling projects in consultation with business partners.
Process massive data streams in distributed computing environments like Hadoop for analysis.
Lead batch and real-time model scoring to drive actionable business results.
Develop proprietary predictive modeling algorithms to create customized, innovative solutions.
Coach junior team members on various data science techniques and methodologies.
Identify population segments and develop actionable plans to identify patterns related to quality and cost.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and predictive analytics experience.
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline and predictive analytics experience.
Experience in end-to-end predictive modeling, large-scale data preparation, and ETL using Python, PySpark, PostgreSQL, and advanced SQL.
Proficiency in OS-level development, dependency management, and ML pipeline setup using Linux, Anaconda, and Airflow.
Experience with distributed ETL and processing for massive datasets using Hadoop and Hive.
Experience with AWS for enterprise cloud data access, storage, and compute for analytics and model execution.
Expertise in supervised ML development using scikit-learn and XGBoost, and deep learning using PyTorch.
Experience with statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and analyses leveraging electronic medical records and claims data.
