What you'll do

Define the multi-year data science vision and technical roadmap for omnichannel engagement analytics.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to drive measurable commercial impact and build business cases.
Build LLM-backed systems using advanced RAG, context engineering, and agentic tools to prototype solutions.
Develop predictive and causal models for next-best-action and customer engagement resource allocation.
Establish standards for measuring effectiveness and incrementality using experimental and quasi-experimental methods.
Partner with product owners to translate business outcomes into scalable technical solutions and success metrics.
Deploy, monitor, and manage the lifecycle of AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations and narratives for executive audiences.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline required.
Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (preferred).
8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied science, or 6+ years with a PhD.
Demonstrated experience setting technical direction for AI/ML solutions and influencing senior business leaders.
Experience building personalization, recommendation, decision-optimization, or marketing-science solutions.
Deep hands-on expertise in causal inference, experimentation, A/B testing, and quasi-experimental methods.
Demonstrated hands-on experience using generative AI and AI-assisted development tools to prototype and deliver solutions.
Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and distributed data processing.
