What you'll do

Mine complex and voluminous data from various sources using open source and digital technologies.
Build and maintain well-managed data solutions and tools to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.
Translate business needs into technical designs for metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Drive analysis that provides meaningful insights to support and inform business strategies.
Enforce data quality management principles including metadata, lineage, and business definitions.
Manage security mechanisms and data access governance in coordination with technical teams.
Build and execute tools to monitor and report on data quality across the organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s Degree plus 3 years of experience.
At least 3 years of experience working with at least one scripting language.
At least 3 years of experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool.
At least 3 years of experience in querying, analyzing and working with data languages and platforms.
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience utilizing and developing within AWS services (preferred).
