What you'll do

Own the transformation layer by designing and implementing data cubes, warehouses, and models for internal users.

Enforce rigorous data governance standards and manage metadata frameworks to ensure compliance and discoverability.
Ensure high levels of data quality and observability across all stages of the data lifecycle.
Support modernization and migration initiatives from legacy reporting platforms to modern systems.
Refine and iterate on AI-generated code and analyses to improve output accuracy.
Create a single source of truth for trusted metrics to enable confident decision-making.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience in data analytics.
At least 3 years of experience working with at least one scripting language.
At least 3 years of experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool.
At least 3 years of experience in querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms.
Master's Degree in a STEM discipline (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies like Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience utilizing and developing within AWS services (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience delivering Data Governance and Data Quality Management in the financial services industry (preferred).
